We'll collect you from your agreed home, hotel or business address and take you to the appropriate terminal. Collection times are considered alongside your flight departure, check-in requirements and expected road conditions.
RETURN JOURNEY
From arrivals back home
Your return collection can be arranged before you leave. We'll agree how and where to meet at the airport, using your flight information to help plan the pickup. If your flight changes, contact us as soon as possible.

Every airport booking is slightly different. Sharing the right information when requesting a quote helps us arrange the most suitable journey.
Passengers & luggage
Our vehicle accommodates up to eight passengers, although available luggage space varies with group size. Please mention large cases, pushchairs, folding wheelchairs or unusual items when enquiring.
Flight information
Your flight number, departure or arrival time and terminal help us organise the journey. For collections, we'll also discuss the meeting arrangements and what to do if your flight is delayed.
Your collection address
We collect from Canterbury, Whitstable, Herne Bay and surrounding communities, including Sturry, Bridge, Chartham, Blean, Tankerton and Chestfield. Other East Kent pickups can be quoted individually.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as soon as your
travel plans are confirmed, especially
for school holidays, early departures
and busy weekends. All bookings are
subject to availability.
What happens if my return flight is delayed?
Please provide your flight number
when booking. Flight information can
be checked where available, and
changes to collection arrangements
will be discussed if your arrival
is delayed.
Can we have more than one pickup address?
Additional collection or drop-off
stops can be arranged where practical.
Extra stops normally cost £5 each,
depending on the locations and route.
Please mention them when requesting
your quotation.
Can we travel with a folding wheelchair?
A folded wheelchair may be carried
as luggage, subject to its dimensions
and the space available alongside
other passengers' belongings.
Please provide details beforehand.
The vehicle is not advertised as
wheelchair accessible for travelling
while seated in a wheelchair.
Are airport parking or pickup fees included?
Please check what is included in your
individual quotation. Airport pickup,
drop-off and parking arrangements
vary by airport, so any applicable
charges should be agreed before
confirming the booking.
