Cruise Port Transfers from Canterbury

Pre-booked private transport from Canterbury, Whitstable and Herne Bay to Dover, Southampton and Tilbury cruise terminals.

Your cruise begins ashore

From your front door to the ship.

When you're setting off on a cruise, there's enough to organise without worrying about getting to the port.

A private cruise transfer means travelling from your agreed collection address to the port without changing trains or arranging long-stay parking. It's a practical option when travelling with several suitcases or as a group.

Our Canterbury-based private hire service arranges journeys in advance, taking your embarkation information and required arrival time into account.

Sailing from another port, such as Portsmouth? Send us the details and we'll confirm whether we can arrange your journey.

The outward and return journey

Travel arrangements that fit your sailing.

Embarkation day

Cruise lines normally provide an allocated terminal arrival or check-in time. We'll use that, alongside your starting location and expected road conditions, when discussing your pickup time.

Disembarkation day

If you book your return journey, we'll agree a sensible collection arrangement based on the ship's expected arrival and the cruise operator's disembarkation guidance. Times may need adjusting if clearance or disembarkation changes.

A little preparation

What to tell us before you sail.

Providing these details helps us check that the vehicle and arrangements are suitable for your cruise transfer.

Ship & terminal

Tell us your cruise line, ship name, departure port and terminal if confirmed.

Passenger luggage

Let us know your group size and number of large cases or other bulky items. Vehicle space is subject to the overall load.

Return collection

If you'd like a return pickup, include the ship's expected arrival date and any disembarkation instructions.

Useful information

Cruise transfer questions.

Do I need to know my exact cruise terminal?
Ideally, yes. Your cruise booking documents should identify the terminal or explain when it will be confirmed. If you don't know yet, let us know the ship and departure date so arrangements can be reviewed later.
Can I arrange transport home after the cruise?
Yes. Return port collections can be requested with your outward journey, subject to availability. We'll discuss the appropriate meeting point and expected disembarkation time.
How much luggage can we bring?
The vehicle seats up to eight passengers, but available luggage space depends on how many people are travelling and the dimensions of their bags. Please provide luggage quantities when asking for a quote.
Are additional pickup addresses possible?
Additional stops can be considered when arranging your route. Please supply all collection addresses before the quotation is agreed, as extra stops may affect the price.
